WebThe goal of the Spatial Biology and Genomics Core Lab (formerly known as the Single Cell, Sequencing, and CyTOF (SC2) Core) is to provide our research community with new, rapidly evolving technologies and instrumentation options for projects of any scale – individual researchers to large international teams. WebCyTOF data generally requires some pre-processing, for example normalization for signal intensity and debarcoding of individual samples from a composite file. Review of files for technical quality is also a good idea, either by an automated method or manual gating. Manual gating of CyTOF data is most commonly done using FlowJo or Cytobank .
