WebSo I used to use Epic 3 years ago. On my unit, all of the nurses would print pt summaries at the beginning of each shift and use these to take report. The summaries would take up 1 page, have pt name/room/code and all that at the top, and then a 4x4 table on the bottom half of the page which reviewed all systems. Web19 mrt. 2024 · 5.
