WebChemDoodle 3.0 from iChemLabs is the latest update of a chemical drawing package that also provides for support for many other types of chemical data such as tlc plates, spectra, and molecular properties. It is a java application and is available for Mac OS X 10.5 and higher, Linux and Windows. WebIf you have x axis and Y axis value with your TLC plate applicator you can scan that plate on Camag scaner with wincats software where you can get Peak Rf value and Peak area also.

The interface is intuitive and the User Guide is easy to read (I especially enjoy it being a searchable pdf). I've recommended this software to colleagues and will continue to do so.
